Sheila’s coaching and health services have influenced and motivated countless women, and moms towards their health and fat loss goals where they have accomplished life changing transformations.
Sheila and her team focus on developing personalized programs that provide simple, science backed, flexible eating along with highly effective exercise programming.
Sheila earned her degree in Kinesiology from the Univeristy of British Columbia in Canada. She was a member of the UBC basketball team and also represented Canada on the National Team for 5 years.
She has spent over 10 years as a working professional in the industry.
Being a mom of 3, she knows that finding the time to focus on your health can seem almost impossible at times. Then you add the fact that we are constantly bombarded with fads, gimmicks and the next big solution, figuring out what to do can seem overwhelming.
